 Order Cancellation:

Custom Orders: Custom orders are final and cannot be canceled once production has commenced. Any deposit paid for custom orders is non-refundable.

Standard Orders: Standard orders may be canceled up to [X] days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. A cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds:

Quality Issues: If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your treats. We may offer a refund, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

Cancellation Fee: For canceled orders (within the specified timeframe), a cancellation fee may be applied.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Notification: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup with photographic evidence.

Refund or Replacement: We will assess the situation and may offer a refund, replacement, or credit based on the circumstances.

Non-Delivery:

Delivery Issues: If your order does not arrive by the scheduled time and the issue is attributable to our error, we will investigate and may offer a refund, replacement, or credit.

No-Show for Pickup: **No Refund:** If you do not pick up your order at the agreed-upon time and do not notify us in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.
